Colorado PDR is making every effort to comply with COVID guidelines set forth by our state and local officials. Our priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. We have implemented the following protocols to this end:

  • Estimate appointments and repair drop off times will be staggered to avoid heavy amounts of traffic all at once
  • Hand Sanitizer is available inside the lobby
  • We are accepting payments over the phone or via secure mobile link
  • Electronic Document Signing
  • Disinfect via steam cleaning high touch areas including keys, start button, door handles, dash, steering wheel, shifter, etc.
  • Front desk and lobby are sanitized after every customer interaction
  • Ability to communicate entirely via phone, email, or text
  • Many insurance companies have gone to photo or video review of vehicles for appraisals and supplement approvals to minimize the shop visits required and keep their adjuster and our staff safe
  • We offer pick up and delivery for customers in close proximity

As part of our COVID-19 Clean Car procedures, Colorado PDR is introducing the use of the Optima Steamer. We want to do right by our customers by providing the most up to date and effective measure of cleanliness. Currently, the CDC and WHO have supporting evidence that shows steams effectiveness at removing or deactivating the Coronavirus (https://www.who.int/teams/environment-climate-change-and-health/water-sanitation-and-health/water-safety-and-quality/drinking-water-quality-guidelines). While there is no specific test performed with the Optima Steamer and COVID-19, we believe this action in conjunction with proper PPE are great tools to combat the transfer or spread of bacteria and viruses.
